# jellyfin-torbox-potplayer-stack

> A Windows 10/11 home-theater stack (MIT) that mounts TorBox cloud torrents as local drives with rclone, keeps the library, metadata, resume and Next-Up in Jellyfin 10.x, and direct-streams 4K in PotPlayer through a local proxy, with no transcoding. It adds a 5-second resume sync back to Jellyfin, a watch console, a supervisor watchdog and a loopback-only web control panel. Install: clone the repo and run `pwsh -File install.ps1`.

Scope: Windows 10/11 x64, PowerShell 7+, Python 3.11, Jellyfin 10.x, PotPlayer x64, rclone VFS with WinFsp, a TorBox account. Not in scope: Linux, macOS, Docker, Plex, Emby, remote hosting. Use responsibly: play only media you own or have the right to access, and respect the terms of the services you use.
